DEXTER RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Returns & Refunds: We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

• Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are also available within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions.

• Shipping Costs: In case of a return, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
